About Auro Impex & Chemicals Ltd Auro Impex & Chemicals Limited, headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, specializes in the manufacturing of components for Electrostatic Precipitators (ESPs), a vital device used to control air pollution in heavy industries like steel, cement, and thermal energy plants. Initially established as a proprietorship in 1989, the company transitioned to a private limited entity in 1994 and further converted into a public limited company by 2022. Under the leadership of Promoter Mr. Madhusudan Goenka, Auro Impex has expanded from trading in foundry materials to manufacturing critical ESP components, including Collecting and Discharge Electrodes.
In response to growing environmental concerns, the company set up a manufacturing facility in 2011, aiming to become a leading producer of ESP internals with an installed capacity of 15,500 M.T. Auro Impex is now planning an Initial Public Offering to raise Rs 20 crore, signaling its intent to further expand and capitalize on the increasing demand for air pollution control solutions.
