About Augmont Enterprises Ltd

Augmont Enterprises Limited was incorporated on October 31, 2012 as RSBL Spot Trading Private Limited and later renamed Augmont Enterprises Private Limited on October 15, 2015. Following its conversion to a public company, it adopted the name Augmont Enterprises Limited with effect from May 27, 2025. The company’s principal activity is buying, selling and dealing in precious metals such as gold, silver and platinum. The business operates across multiple parts of the gold and silver value chain, including procurement and refining, bullion trading, digital gold offerings, jewellery manufacturing, international sales and facilitating gold-backed financial services. It operates through two verticals supported by a physical distribution network: (i) enterprise sales and international sales, and (ii) consumer-focused offerings delivered via the “Augmont Gold For All” platform and offline channels. Enterprise sales are conducted through “Augmont SPOT,” a fully electronic, over-the-counter bullion platform operational since 2012. Through this platform, jewellers, bullion dealers and manufacturers with valid GST registrations can purchase gold and silver bars online with assured physical delivery at spot delivery centres. The platform provides real-time access to market-linked spot prices, supporting transparent and competitive pricing. Augmont established a refinery in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand in 2016 for production and refining of precious metals, and launched its consumer platform “Augmont Gold For All” in FY21. The company is planning an IPO of Rs 800 crores, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 620 crores and an offer for sale of Rs 180 crores (equity shares with face value of Rs 5 each).
