Atharva Poly-Plast Limited was incorporated on January 8, 2014 as Atharva Poly-Plast Private Limited with the Registrar of Companies, Pune, and subsequently converted into a public limited company effective April 15, 2025.
The company manufactures precision mould bases, moulding patterns, and tooling components used in plastic and rubber moulding applications. Its operations focus on injection-moulded components made primarily from polypropylene (PP), ABS, HDPE, and engineering polymers. Leveraging its moulding know-how, it supplies customized plastic components to OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in India, including converting raw materials and bought-out parts (such as fasteners, hinges, or foam components) into customer-specific plastic components.
Its manufacturing facility was commissioned in 2015 and spans 2,34,614 sq. ft., with a production area of 40,000 sq. ft. The plant is equipped with over 17 moulding machines ranging from 100T to 1000T, supporting production for end markets such as furniture, home appliances, automotive, and others. The company entered the office furniture business in FY21 and expanded into new global markets with a major focus on exports to North America in FY 2023.
Atharva Poly-Plast has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and plans an IPO through a fresh issue of 45,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each.
