About Asia Pack Ltd Asia Pack Limited, established in 1985 and converted to a public company in 1987, is primarily engaged in the real estate sector. The company initially focused on the trade of paper, duplex, and packing products, and later expanded into manufacturing PP/HDPE woven fabrics and PE tarpaulins. In 1995, Asia Pack went public, listing shares on the Bombay and Jaipur Stock Exchanges. By 2009, it had diversified into advisory, consultancy services, and real estate ventures.
In recent years, Asia Pack has concentrated on real estate, leveraging equity investments and inter-corporate advances to partner with experienced industry players. This strategy has allowed the company to access projects requiring more resources, including financial and technical expertise, than it possesses independently. While its business activities in 2014-15 were mainly focused on trading paper products, the company continues to generate revenue from property rentals and interest income.
