Ashutosh Fibre Limited was incorporated on May 21, 1985 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat as “Ashutosh Fibre Private Limited” and converted into a public limited company as “Ashutosh Fibre Limited,” receiving a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 21, 2025. In 1995, ownership transferred to the family of the current promoter through a share transfer.
The company initially operated in both manufacturing and trading; its trading activity continued until FY 2006–07, after which manufacturing became the primary focus. In 2010, Abhishek Rajendrakumar Agarwal joined via a share transfer and contributed to the development and expansion of manufacturing capabilities. The business is currently managed by promoters Siddharth Prakash Patel and Abhishek Rajendrakumar Agarwal.
Under the current leadership, the company scaled operations and established a manufacturing facility in Petlad, Gujarat, focused on technical and synthetic yarns. Its product range includes para-aramid yarn, meta-aramid yarn, modacrylic-blended yarns, peroxidised PAN yarn, antistatic polypropylene yarn, FR viscose blends, and DREF-spun yarns with glass filament cores or aramid sheaths. Products are manufactured either as part of its own range or on a job-work basis depending on client requirements.
The company plans an initial public offer through a fresh issue of 70,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each.
