A significant joint venture with Songwon Color Company Limited of South Korea in the mid-1990s enhanced its technical capabilities and production scale.
Entering the capital market in 2007, Asahi Songwon Colors has also seen transformations in its corporate structure, including the demerger of its CPC Division in 2014. The promoter shareholding has seen incremental increases over the years, with strategic acquisitions by family trusts, reinforcing their commitment and control over the company.
