About Art Nirman Ltd Art Nirman Limited, initially established as Vishnudhara Builders Private Limited in 2011, transitioned to its current identity as a publicly listed company in September 2016. Specializing in real estate development, Art Nirman engages in constructing residential and commercial projects, ranging from affordable housing to luxurious bungalows and premium office spaces. The company successfully completed its first major project, 'Shri Vishnudhara Cross Road' in Ahmedabad, in 2016. This project featured 154 residential apartments and 25 commercial shops, covering approximately 209,701 sq. ft.
In FY 2020, Art Nirman completed 'Shree Vishnudhara Gardens' with 350 residential units and 110 commercial shops, selling a majority of the units. The company expanded its portfolio with four additional projects in 2022-23, including 'Ashiyana Apartments' and 'Omkar Enclave', further establishing its presence in Ahmedabad. Additionally, Art Nirman undertook a contract for 'Club Babylon', which became operational in 2023-24, showcasing its diversified project capabilities.
