The company expanded by acquiring assets from Rishil Exports and Patel Paper Products and commenced production at these plants in November 1993. A technical collaboration with Foilmark, US, supports its manufacturing of hot stamping foil, with a buy-back agreement in place. Additionally, a partnership with Esselte Meto, a German firm, involves the production of self-adhesive labels and bar-code labels, enhancing its market reach and technical capabilities.
