It focuses on coaching and educational support for students from Class 8 to 12 across State and ICSE Boards, and prepares students for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and various professional exams such as CA and CS. Under the leadership of promoters Anil Suresh Kapasi and Umesh Anand Pangam, the company expanded from 8 to 14 branches, catering to around 6,000 students.
Since acquiring M/s. Arihant Academy in 2009, the company has launched several new centers and expanded its offerings, including professional courses and a dedicated center for commerce stream. Pioneering online lectures during the 2020 pandemic, Arihant Academy taught over 100,000 students. In December 2022, it raised Rs. 14.72 crores through a public issue, marking its growth trajectory in the educational sector.
