About Arigato Universe Ltd Saboo Brothers Ltd (SBL), founded in 1979 and active since 1982, is a key player in the manufacturing sector, specializing in mini-cement plants using Saboo VSK technology. The company, part of the Saboo Group of Jodhpur, was promoted by Durga Prasad Saboo and Shreegopal Saboo. SBL focuses on construction-related materials and commodities, real estate, land development, and hospitality services. In 1994, SBL expanded by acquiring Saboo Chemicals and Engineers, enhancing its production of refractory cement and castables. To fund capacity expansion from 4,000 tpa to 46,000 tpa, it went public in 1995 with shares at a premium of Rs 40. Utilizing technology from Saboo Consultants, SBL has supported over 90 cement plants across India, Bhutan, and Bangladesh, establishing a significant presence in the cement manufacturing industry.
