About Archidply Industries Ltd Archidply Industries Limited, originally incorporated as ATP Silvi Products Limited in 1995, initially focused on raising plantations for potential manufacturing use. In 2005, the company shifted its strategic focus to manufacturing, receiving a license to produce plywood and particleboard. The company was renamed Archidply Industries Limited in 2007.
Archidply gained significant assets through the acquisition and revival of The Mysore Chipboards Limited, which had been dormant since 1988. This acquisition allowed the company to commence plywood production marketed under the 'Archidply' brand. A strategic demerger in 2005 further bolstered its manufacturing capabilities by integrating the operational divisions of Mysore Chipboards into its structure. Archidply benefits from a robust distribution network established by Assam Timber Products, which transferred its trademark and goodwill to Archidply. This history of strategic acquisitions and brand integration has positioned Archidply as a notable player in the plywood and particleboard manufacturing sector in India.
