About Apollo Pipes Ltd Apollo Pipes Limited, originally Amulya Leasing and Finance Limited, is a prominent manufacturer and trader of PVC pipes and fittings, including CPVC, uPVC, HDPE products, steel pipes, and hollow sections. The company underwent significant transformation since Mr. Sameer Gupta's acquisition in 2011, who gained management control by acquiring a 20% stake. In 2014, Apollo Pipes became a subsidiary, and by 2017, it was fully amalgamated into the parent company.
In recent years, Apollo Pipes has expanded its manufacturing capabilities significantly. The acquisition of Kisan Moldings Limited's Bangalore unit in 2019 enhanced its production capacity for uPVC and cPVC pipes. The company has also expanded its product line with the launch of Apollo Life Water Storage Tanks and Oriented PVC Pipes. Ongoing expansions include brownfield projects at Dadri, Tumkur, and Sikanderabad, with a new greenfield facility in Raipur and plans for another in Varanasi, marking Apollo Pipes as a key player in the Indian piping solutions market.
