About APM Industries Ltd APM Industries, established in 1974 and part of the Rajgarhia Group, specializes in the production and sale of man-made fibre spun yarn and sewing thread. The company has seen substantial growth and modernization since the 1990s, increasing its spindle capacity from 16,256 to 55,584 spindles by 2016-17. Significant expansions were funded primarily through internal accruals. Notable developments include a modernization program in its Bhiwadi spinning mill, installation of a 2.5 MW power plant in 1999-2000, and the launch of a second power unit in 2004.
In 2018, APM Industries underwent a demerger, transferring its finance and investment segment to APM Finvest Limited, which ceased to be its subsidiary. The company continues to focus on sustainability, installing a 1,722 KW solar power plant and upgrading its power supply and energy systems in 2019-20. These strategic initiatives underline APM Industries' commitment to modernizing operations and enhancing efficiency.
