About Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust is an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) established to own and manage power transmission and renewable energy assets in India. Founded on November 1, 2021, and registered with SEBI on January 18, 2022, the Trust is sponsored by Sekura Energy Private Limited. The sponsor has extensive experience in power transmission and renewable energy projects across India, managing two power transmission assets and 12 renewable energy assets.
The Trust's portfolio includes full ownership and economic interest in two inter-state power transmission projects, covering 427.4 km of transmission lines and two substations with a 1,400 MVA capacity, and a 74% stake in 11 renewable energy assets with a 623.2 MWp capacity. An additional 74% stake is held in another renewable energy asset of 190 MWp, totaling an aggregate capacity of 813.2 MWp across its renewable projects. Revenue is generated through long-term transmission service agreements. The Trust plans to raise Rs 750 Cr through a private placement of 75 million units.
