Annu Projects Limited was incorporated on June 19, 2003 as Annu Infra Construct (India) Private Limited in New Delhi. It was renamed Annu Projects Private Limited on March 9, 2020, and subsequently converted into a public company as Annu Projects Limited, with a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 25, 2024.
The company operates in infrastructure design, development, implementation, operations and maintenance, with work spanning telecom networks, sewerage infrastructure, and gas pipeline infrastructure. In telecom, it has laid over 25,000 km of optical fibre cable (OFC) networks and maintains more than 50,000 km of OFC networks across 8 states and 2 union territories. In sewerage, it has executed over 125 km of pipelines (160 mm to 900 mm), constructed and maintained sewerage treatment plants (4 MLD each), built pumping stations, and laid house service connections across 4 states. In gas pipelines, it has laid more than 460 km of MDPE pipelines (20 mm to 125 mm) and completed 38,300 GI house connections across 5 states.
The company also undertakes operations and maintenance for projects developed by itself or others for defined contractual periods. As of March 31, 2025, it has completed 336 projects and serves both PSUs and private parties, including project execution for Indraprastha Gas Limited, Gujarat Gas Limited, and GAIL India Limited. It forms project-specific joint ventures/consortiums for certain telecom and sewerage projects and was declared L1 bidder (with G R Infraprojects Limited and SRIT India Private Limited) for Package 16 Kerala under BharatNet Phase-III in FY 2024-25.
Annu Projects Limited is planning an IPO comprising a fresh issue of 22,000,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each.
