About Anlon Healthcare Ltd **Anlon Healthcare Limited** is an Indian R&D-focused chemical manufacturing company specializing in the production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Pharma Intermediates. Originally incorporated in 2013 as *Anlon Ventures Private Limited*, the company rebranded to *Anlon Healthcare Private Limited* in 2015, eventually becoming a publicly limited entity in 2024. The company commenced commercial production of APIs and Pharma Intermediates in 2018.
Anlon Healthcare is one of the few manufacturers of loxoprofen sodium dihydrate in India, a key API used in the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and post-surgical recovery. Its products serve as raw materials for pharmaceutical formulations (tablets, ointments, syrups, etc.), nutraceuticals, personal care items, and animal health products. In addition to API manufacturing, the company has recently ventured into custom manufacturing services for complex and innovative chemical compounds to meet domestic and international standards.
The company operates its manufacturing facility in Rajkot, Gujarat, which includes two specialized blocks for APIs and Pharma Intermediates, with a combined annual production capacity of 400 MTPA. This infrastructure supports its growth ambitions and diversification into high-value custom manufacturing services.
Anlon Healthcare is planning an Initial Public Offer (IPO) with a fresh issue of 14 million equity shares, indicating its objective to fuel further growth and expand its market presence. This development underscores the company’s intent to position itself as a significant player in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
