Anand Seamless Limited was incorporated on November 25, 2005 in Gujarat as “Anand Seamless Tubes Private Limited.” It was converted into a public limited company on November 24, 2023 as “Anand Seamless Tubes Limited,” and subsequently renamed “Anand Seamless Limited,” with a fresh certificate of incorporation issued on December 11, 2023.
The company manufactures cold drawn carbon steel and alloy steel seamless tubes and related products such as finned tubes, heat exchanger tubes, and U-tubes, along with various other finned tube variants. Its products cater to a broad end-market base including automobiles, heat exchangers, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, oil & gas refineries, thermal and nuclear power plants, boiler manufacturing, textiles machinery, railways and transportation, defense, and cement industries.
Anand Seamless operates two manufacturing facilities in Gujarat with seamless pipes and tubes capacity of ~3,000 metric tons per annum and finned tube capacity of ~3,60,000 meters per annum. Its processes include cold drawing, heat treatment, auto cutting, eddy current testing, and in-house laser-based fin welding, providing backward and forward integration aimed at reducing cycle time and improving traceability for critical, high-safety applications such as nuclear plants and refineries.
The company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and plans an IPO comprising a fresh issue of 36,10,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each.
