About AMS Polymers Ltd AMS Polymers Limited, initially established as Sai Moh Auto links Limited in 1985, shifted its focus to the chemical industry following a change in ownership in 2017. The new promoters, Mr. Anand Kumar and Mr. Arpit Goel, acquired 26% of the company's equity through an open offer and assumed leadership roles as Managing Director and Director, respectively. The company was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and other regional exchanges in 2016, facilitating increased trading and liquidity for shareholders.
In 2017-18, AMS Polymers diversified into the chemical business, and by 2020, the Board approved plans to establish an in-house manufacturing unit for organic and inorganic chemicals. In the interim, they partnered with Annu Industries Private Limited to produce chemicals under the "ANNU & CUREXPERT" brand name. This strategic move aimed to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency as AMS Polymers continues to expand its footprint in the chemical manufacturing sector.
