It operates two extensive rice processing facilities in Amritsar, Punjab, and Safidon, Haryana, as well as a packaging facility in New Delhi. The company commenced its commercial operations in 2004 and has grown its portfolio to include premium basmati rice, other specialty rice varieties, and essential kitchen staples such as wheat flour (atta), refined wheat flour (maida), semolina (sooji), gram flour (besan), sugar, and salt.
Basmati rice remains its flagship product, recognized for its aroma, long grains, and premium status. Over the years, the company has expanded its production capabilities, increasing the daily output of its processing facilities and diversifying into the FMCG segment in 2023. Their subsidiary, ACJK Foods Private Limited, was established in 2019-20 to further support this diversification.
Amir Chand Jagadish Kumar Exports Limited holds significant export approvals, such as the Export Inspection Council of India's certification for processing basmati rice, bolstering its credibility in global markets. It also boasts an extensive domestic sales and distribution network, underpinned by consistent capacity enhancements at its key production units.
To fuel its growth and expansion initiatives, the company plans to raise Rs 550 crore through an IPO, issuing equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each. This marks a significant step toward scaling its operations and strengthening its market position in both the rice export and FMCG product segments.
