In 2017, the company underwent a strategic restructuring through a demerger from Super Tannery Limited, sanctioned by the Allahabad Bench. This demerger involved transferring the Goat Tannery business from Super Tannery Limited to Amin Tannery as a going concern, effective from April 1, 2017.
