About Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust Data Infrastructure Trust, formerly Tower Infrastructure Trust, is an infrastructure investment trust registered under SEBI InvIT Regulations since 2019. Initially established by Reliance Industrial Investments and Holdings Limited, the Trust focuses on passive tower infrastructure, owning significant interests in Summit Digitel Infrastructure Private Limited (SDIPL), and has expanded its portfolio to include Crest Digitel Private Limited (CDPL) and Roam Digitel Infrastructure Private Limited (RDIPL) as key assets. The Trust issued units on BSE Limited to raise capital for its investment activities. As of December 31, 2023, Data Infrastructure Trust has two direct Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), SDIL and RDIPL, and one holding company, CDPL, which controls CVNPL.
