Alpine Texworld Limited (formerly Alpine Spinweave Private Limited) was incorporated on February 26, 2016 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The company converted to a public limited entity on December 16, 2024 as Alpine Spinweave Limited, and subsequently changed its name to Alpine Texworld Limited, receiving a fresh certificate of incorporation on February 10, 2025.
The company is a vertically integrated textile manufacturer with operations in weaving and spinning. It commenced production in April 2017 with the start of its weaving unit in Ahmedabad, initially installing 48 high-speed Toyota shuttleless airjet looms. In August 2018, it expanded weaving capacity by adding 64 more high-speed Toyota shuttleless airjet looms to improve scale and operational efficiency.
In March 2025, Alpine Texworld further expanded into spinning by commissioning a spinning unit at Ahmedabad (Dascroi Taluka) with 4 open-end rotor spinning machines. Its Manufacturing Unit 1 and Unit 2 comprise core industrial infrastructure including building sheds, effluent treatment plants, boiler foundations, machinery, offices, raw material storage, electrical rooms, water tanks, and other auxiliary facilities. The company’s manufacturing and processing rely on machinery sourced from both domestic and global textile equipment suppliers.
The company is planning a fresh issue IPO of 1,50,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each.
