Ltd. and Almondz Retail Equity Ltd. The company also acquired a 51% stake in Almondz Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., along with its subsidiary, Almondz Reinsurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. Over the years, Almondz has adjusted its subsidiary holdings, with key changes including the sale of shareholding in Almondz Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Almondz Re-insurance Brokers Pvt.
