Allcargo Global Limited is a public company incorporated on August 20, 2023 as Allcargo ECU Limited, later renamed Allcargo Worldwide Limited on May 19, 2025, and subsequently Allcargo Global Limited on August 4, 2025. The company was established to tap opportunities in global maritime trade and traces its operating origins to a cargo handling division started in Mumbai in 1993 (formerly an undertaking of Allcargo Logistics Limited).
The business began as a custom house agent providing freight forwarding services, and entered less-than-container-load (LCL) consolidation in 1995 as an agent of ECU Line, which it acquired in 2006. In FY2025, following an NCLT-approved Composite Scheme of Arrangement (order dated October 10, 2025), Allcargo Logistics Limited demerged its International Supply Chain business into Allcargo Global Limited on a going concern basis, effective November 1, 2025, creating separate global and domestic entities. As consideration, Allcargo Global allotted 98,27,82,096 equity shares (face value Rs 2 each) to Allcargo Logistics on November 15, 2025.
Today, the company operates an asset-light, digital-first model offering end-to-end multimodal International Supply Chain (ISC) solutions. Its services include Non-Vessel Owning Common Carrier operations for LCL, Neutral Full Container Load (FCL), and Neutral Air cargo consolidation globally, operated under ECU Belgium N.V., a 100% subsidiary of Allcargo.
The company runs a network of 300+ offices across 180 countries and approximately 2,400 direct trade lanes. LCL contributes the majority of volume and revenue, followed by FCL and Air. It also offers value-added services in select markets such as customs clearance, warehousing, trucking, and dangerous goods handling.
