About Alfavision Overseas (India) Ltd Alfavision Overseas Ltd., originally Alfavision Securities and Finance, transitioned from a private to a public company in 1994. Initially focused on financial services, the company shifted its operations in 1998 to trading, export, and import, predominantly in agriculture and cotton seed trading. Promoted by V P Goyal and Suresh Mittal, Alfavision also ventured into leasing heavy vehicles and machinery for various industries, including cotton processing and pharmaceuticals, following a public issue in 1995 to bolster its capital and resources. Although it previously operated through its subsidiary, Alfavision Fibres Pvt. Ltd., this subsidiary ceased operations as of May 31, 2023.
