Originally established as a private entity in June 2013, Akshar Spintex transitioned to a public limited company in January 2018. The company went public in May 2018, raising Rs 26.99 Crore through an Initial Public Offering (IPO), which included a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 4 Crore and an Offer For Sale worth Rs 22.99 Crore. This capital infusion was aimed at supporting the company's expansion and operational goals in the competitive yarn manufacturing sector.
