Initially operating as a private company, it transitioned to a public limited entity in March 2023. From its inception until 2015, the company focused on setting up its production facilities. Commercial operations began in 2016 with the establishment of its first factory, dedicated to converting float glass into toughened glass, followed by a second unit in 2022, which offers a broader range of value-added glass products.
The company’s product range includes various types of toughened glass such as clear, laminated, reflective, tinted, double-glazing, and frosted variants, available in different sizes and thicknesses. These glass products cater to industries like construction, automotive, and industrial sectors, finding applications in architectural spaces, internal and external building structures, automotive windows, mobile screens, kitchenware, and specialized items like bulletproof glass.
The strong durability and safety features of toughened glass make it ideal for use in high-demand applications like partitions, facades, staircases, balustrades, and exterior doors across residential, commercial, and public spaces including malls, airports, and hospitals. To fund its growth and expansion plans, the company aims to raise Rs. 48.39 Crores through a public offering, consisting of 50,40,000 equity shares via a fresh issue.
