Advance Technoforge Limited was incorporated on August 05, 2013 in Rajkot, Gujarat as Advance Technoforge Private Limited, and was later converted into a public limited company and renamed Advance Technoforge Limited, with a fresh certificate issued on September 6, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
The company operates in closed die steel forging, upset forging, and ring rolling forging, supplying products in rough and precision-machined conditions. It serves customers in the automobile industry and in industrial valves and pumps, and manufactures structural metal products, automotive and agriculture parts, material lifting equipment parts, and general engineering parts.
Advance Technoforge has experience producing forged and precision-machined components with additional processes such as powder coating, CED coating, Magni coating, plating, polishing/passivation, ultrasonic cleaning, and galvanizing. It supplies both international and domestic markets and operates from its manufacturing unit in the Padvala Industrial Areas, Rajkot, Gujarat, where the required infrastructure is available.
Its production setup includes three forging lines: (1) Huta Zygmunt MPM 3000 with an oil furnace (1,000 kg/hr) and a 350 MT trimming press; (2) a 2.0 MT belt drop hammer with a 250 KW electric billet heater and a 100 MT trimming press; and (3) a 1.0 MT belt drop hammer with a 180 KW electric billet heater and a 100 MT trimming press. The overall forging capacity is about 6,000 MT per year, supported by facilities such as Huta hammer and induction furnace. The company is proposing an IPO of 25,30,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each through a fresh issue.
