Adroit Industries India Limited is an Indian auto components manufacturer focused on precision‑machined torque‑transmission components and complete propeller shaft assemblies used in vehicle driveline systems. The business originated in 1966 as a partnership firm (M/s Adroit Industries India) and was converted into a public limited company in 1995.
Over time, the company expanded operations and product breadth, including strengthening in-house manufacturing through the acquisition of a Dewas forging facility and ongoing capacity enhancements. In 2007, the current promoter acquired control from the erstwhile promoters. Manufacturing operations are located in Madhya Pradesh, India, and the company added a Pithampur facility in 2023 to increase capacity for torque‑transmission components and propeller shafts.
The company has also pursued international market expansion, and in March 2022 incorporated a Canadian subsidiary, Adroit Driveshafts Canada Limited, to support exports in the North America region. In FY25, it launched a new product category of aluminium driveline components. As of February 28, 2026, it offered over 5,000 SKUs of torque‑transmission components and assemblies.
For capital markets activity, Adroit has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and plans to issue 11,247,000 equity shares (face value Rs 10 each), comprising a fresh issue of 9,897,000 shares and an offer for sale of 1,350,000 shares.
