About Aditya Spinners Ltd Aditya Spinners Ltd (ASL) is a prominent textile mill established in 1991, specializing in the production of high-quality synthetic blended yarn, including polyester and viscose blends. Located in Perindesam, Andhra Pradesh, the company has expanded its capacity to 22,070 ring spindles, with a licensed capacity of 25,000. ASL began exporting in 1995-96 and is pursuing ISO 9000 accreditation to enhance its export activities. The company has secured significant export orders, including long-term agreements with Italian firm Lodovico Rossini, indicating a strong presence in international markets.
To address financial challenges and foster growth, ASL submitted a revival proposal to IDBI, which included financial restructuring and modernization efforts. The proposal resulted in a package involving debt waivers and rescheduling, as well as approval for a modernization and expansion plan costing approximately Rs 13.16 crore. This strategic approach aims to bolster ASL's competitiveness and efficiency in the textile industry.
