About Acrow India Ltd Acrow India Ltd, established in 1960, initially formed as a joint venture between Hindustan Construction Company and Acrow (Engineers) UK, specializes in manufacturing and marketing Acrow steel formwork, scaffolding, and industrial storage systems for the construction industry. Following the withdrawal of its UK collaborator, the company became fully Indian-owned. It expanded its operations to include automatic bag packaging and weighing machinery through a technical collaboration with Bud-Pak Pty Ltd, Australia, initiated in 1995.
In 1998, Acrow India Ltd relocated its operations from Aurangabad to Ravalgaon in Nasik District, acquiring the Industrial Machinery Division of The Ravalgaon Sugar Farm Ltd. Recently, in December 2022, the Agrawal Brothers acquired the company, holding a 54.61% stake. With extensive experience in cotton yarn manufacturing, processing, trading, and real estate, the Agrawal Brothers aim to leverage their expertise to drive Acrow India's growth and development.
