Acme Universal Safezone 9 Limited manufactures and supplies safety footwear and related protective products. Its portfolio includes industrial safety shoes and boots for the construction, manufacturing, energy and healthcare sectors, along with safety gloves, leather safety shoes, industrial footwear and PVC-based protective footwear.
The business was originally established as the partnership firm M/s Acme Fabrik Plast Co in 1994. It was converted into a private limited company in 2016 and subsequently became a public company under its current name in July 2025.
The Company operates five manufacturing facilities across Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. Its plants include facilities in Gwalior, Kanpur and Banmore, with its fifth unit at Dada Nagar, Kanpur, operationalized in FY 2025. The manufacturing process is conducted in-house, covering leather cutting, upper assembly, lasting, sole injection, finishing and packaging.
Acme Universal Safezone 9 manufactures 15 product lines using EVA-rubber, Nitrile Rubber and PVC soles. These products address workplace hazards including impact and compression, penetration, electrical exposure, heat and fire, chemicals and slipping. The Company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of 54,00,000 equity shares of ₹10 each.
