By 2022, ACME Solar surpassed 3 GWp in renewable energy capacity and commenced work on FDRE projects, including 570 MW from SJVN and 680 MW from NHPC by 2024, diversifying into complex hybrid and FDRE solutions.
ACME Solar went public in November 2024, raising Rs 2,900 crore through its Initial Public Offering (IPO). This included a fresh issue of equity worth Rs 2,395 crore and an Offer for Sale, marking a significant step in its funding strategy to drive growth and project expansion.
