Abhishek Integrations Limited, founded by Mr. Sanjay Dubey, began as a proprietorship firm named 'Abhishek Associates' in 2002, primarily focusing on telecommunications and cabling for BSNL. The company later expanded into electrification and maintenance services across various sectors, including railways, ONGC, ISRO, and ESIC facilities in multiple Indian locations. In 2017, Abhishek Integrations Limited was incorporated in Ahmedabad, absorbing the business activities of Abhishek Associates. From 2017 to 2021, the company specialized in the development, operation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations at airports across India, primarily through contracts with the Airport Authority of India (AAI).
In 2021, the company transitioned from a proprietorship to a corporate entity, acquiring all ongoing projects and assets from Abhishek Associates. Post-public listing, raising Rs 4.95 Crore, Abhishek Integrations expanded into infrastructural and utility services for prestigious institutions like BARC, IIT, IIM, and ISRO. It also ventured into trading coal and electrical goods, enhancing its presence across India. In 2022-23, the company diversified further to benefit its stakeholders and company interests.
