ABH Healthcare Limited was incorporated on March 2, 2021 as ABH Healthcare Private Limited and later acquired the sole proprietorship “Anil Baghi Hospital” of promoter Dr. Kamal Baghi through a Business Transfer Agreement dated March 16, 2022. The company was subsequently converted into a public company and renamed ABH Healthcare Limited, with a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 15, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh.
The company operates its hospital under the “Anil Baghi Hospital” brand in Ferozepur, Punjab, honoring late Shri Anil Baghi. The hospital was established in 1985 with 30 beds and, following the 2022 acquisition, the company has invested in expanding capacity, workforce, and clinical services. The hospital currently has a capacity of 150 beds.
ABH Healthcare provides healthcare services through super speciality hospital operations and allied services such as laboratories and diagnostic centres and a blood bank. It offers 25 medical specialties, including cardiac sciences, neurology, minimally invasive spine and brain surgeries, gastroenterology, laparoscopic and bariatric surgery, urology, pulmonology, nephrology, ENT, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics and joint replacement, neuropsychiatry, adult and neonatal critical care, drug de-addiction, and radiology. Its 150-bed setup includes 70 ICU beds, 10 pediatrics units, 7 emergency units, and a 10-bed dialysis unit (including beds provided to Five Creeks Healthcare LLP).
The company is planning an initial public offer of 34,29,000 equity shares (face value Rs 10) through a fresh issue.
