Based in Gujarat, the company’s semi-automated, integrated manufacturing facility in Halvad, Morbi, boasts state-of-the-art machinery from India, Japan, and France, ensuring precision and high performance in its production processes.
The company produces carded, combed, and compact combed cotton yarns used in applications such as knitting, weaving, and industrial fabrics. Its products are supplied exclusively to the business-to-business (B2B) segment, serving textile manufacturers, yarn exporters, bulk purchasers, and fabric processors. Aastha Spintex operates a spindle capacity of 25,920 spindles via 15 compact ring spinning machines and gins 12,000 MT of cotton bales annually using 28 ginning machines. The facility also supports an annual production capacity of 7,700 MT of cotton yarn.
Aastha Spintex’s premium-grade cotton yarns cater to diverse end industries, including denim, terry towels, shirting, home textiles, and industrial fabric applications. With a strong infrastructure comprising advanced systems like compact spinning equipment, high-speed autoconers, and electronic yarn clearers, the company maintains high efficiency and product quality.
To fuel future growth, the company is targeting an Initial Public Offering (IPO), aiming to raise ₹160 crore through fresh equity issuance of ₹10 face value shares.
