Aadi Industries Limited, originally incorporated as JRC Finvest Limited in 1994, has evolved significantly from its initial focus on financial services to become a key player in the plastic raw materials trading sector. The company specializes in commodity plastics, including Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), and Polystyrene, which are essential for various industries and form the bulk of the petrochemical market. With a manufacturing facility located in Silvassa, India, Aadi Industries began producing plastic bags and tarpaulins in 2009, achieving commercial operations with a capacity of 4,800 MT of shopping/plastic bags and 7,200 MT of tarpaulins/wagon covers.
The strategic shift in 2007-08, under the leadership of Rushabh Shah, marked a pivotal change in the company’s direction. The alteration of its Memorandum and Articles of Association facilitated diversification into trading electrical goods and expanding into plastic products.
