Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your Tradomate account and associated personal data, including any WhatsApp communication records, please follow the steps below.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

  • Send an email to [email protected] from the email address registered with your Tradomate account
  • Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Include your registered phone number and any additional details that help us identify your account

What Happens Next

Upon receipt, we will:

  • Verify your identity and review your account for any pending payments or dues
  • Delete your personal data within 7 days of verification, where no dues are outstanding
  • Notify you once deletion is complete

Data Retention

Certain data may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
