About Mukka Proteins Ltd Mukka Proteins Limited, originally established as Mukka Sea Food Industries in 2003, is a prominent player in the fishmeal industry, known for its production of fish meal, fish oil, and fish soluble paste. These products are integral to aqua feed, poultry feed, and pet food, with applications extending to pharmaceuticals, soap manufacturing, leather tanneries, and paint industries. Under the leadership of Founder Promoter Mr. Kalandan Mohammed Haris, the company operates state-of-the-art facilities in Karnataka and Gujarat, and has pioneered steam sterilized fishmeal in India. Expanding globally, Mukka Proteins began international operations in the Middle East in 2014 and established a manufacturing facility in Gujarat in 2018. The company has recently diversified into alternative proteins with the development of Black Soldier Fly Insect Meal and Insect Oil. In March 2024, Mukka Proteins raised Rs 224 Crore through an IPO, reflecting its growth and expansion strategy.
