About Max Financial Services Ltd Max Financial Services Limited (MFSL) is the holding company for Max Life Insurance Company Limited, India's largest non-bank owned private life insurance provider. As part of the Max Group, MFSL primarily focuses on managing its 87% stake in Max Life Insurance and offering management advisory services to other group companies in India.
