About Kataria Industries Ltd Kataria Industries Ltd, established in 2004 as a private limited company in Maharashtra and later converted into a public limited company in 2023, specializes in manufacturing Low Relaxation Pre-Stressed Concrete (LRPC) Strands, Steel Wires, Post-tensioning Anchorage Systems, HDPE Sheathing Ducts, Couplers, and Aluminium Conductors. Their products cater to diverse sectors including infrastructure, roads, bridges, railways, high-rise buildings, and power transmission, underpinned by ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management. Operating two manufacturing plants in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, Kataria Industries has significantly expanded its production capacities over the years, notably increasing its wire division capacity to 38,000 MT by 2021-22. The company also ventured into wind energy by acquiring a wind farm in 2022-23. As part of its growth, Kataria Industries is launching an Initial Public Offering (IPO) with a fresh issue of 91,50,000 equity shares. This strategic move aims to bolster its market presence and financial capacity.
