About Kamdhenu Ltd Kamdhenu Limited, formerly Kamdhenu Ispat Limited, is India's largest manufacturer of international quality steel bars, operating in the segments of steel, power, and paints. Established in 1994, the company produces high-quality building materials for real estate and infrastructure, including TMT bars, structural steel, and decorative paints. Kamdhenu employs CRM Belgium technology for efficient production, offering products like CID bars, TMT-Gal bars, and stainless steel. Its manufacturing facilities are located in Bhiwadi and Chopanki, Rajasthan, with the latter dedicated to its paint division, Kamdhenu Paints, marketed under the brand Colour Dreamz. Recognized with ISO 9001:2000 and other prestigious awards, Kamdhenu expanded its product range over the years, notably launching innovative products like Kamdhenu SS 10000 TMT Bars and Kamdhenu Nxt TMT. In 2016, the company rebranded to Kamdhenu Limited, focusing on branding and marketing. It further expanded by acquiring Kamdhenu Ventures Limited and Kamdhenu Jeevandhara Foundation as wholly-owned subsidiaries. In 2020, Kamdhenu initiated the demerger of its paint business into a separate entity, underscoring its strategic business evolution.
