About Fratelli Vineyards Ltd Fratelli Vineyards Limited, established on January 5, 2009, underwent several transformations before receiving its current name on July 26, 2024. Initially known as Maple Newgen Trade Private Limited, it became Tinna Trade Limited after a series of acquisitions and divestments involving Viterra Inc., Glencore PLC, and Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited. The company was converted into a public limited entity in December 2015.
Under the leadership of Mr. Gaurav Sekhri, Fratelli Vineyards primarily trades in agro commodities such as wheat, lentils, and oil seeds, as well as steel abrasives. In 2021, the company diversified into non-agricultural commodities, supplying steel abrasives to major automobile manufacturers like Mahindra and Tata. It also serves as the exclusive representative of G3 Canada Limited in India, enhancing its agri-trading capabilities. In 2017-18, a Composite Scheme of Arrangement saw the demerger of its agro commodity trading activities into Tinna Trade Limited. The company ceased its stake in B.G.K. Infrastructure Developers in 2021.
