About FlySBS Aviation Ltd FlySBS Aviation Limited, originally incorporated as FlySBS Aviation Private Limited on August 7, 2020, transitioned to a public limited entity on October 29, 2024. The Chennai-based company operates as a DGCA-approved Non-Scheduled Airline Operator, holding a valid Air Operator Permit. FlySBS focuses on private air charter services designed for elite clientele, catering to specialized travel needs such as tight multi-destination schedules, access to locations lacking commercial flight connectivity, and critical engagements like medical emergencies, business travel, and promotional events.
The company provides chartering services domestically and internationally, with flights covering diverse destinations across six continents, including Japan, the Middle East, New Zealand, Europe, North America, and Africa. Initially operating under wet lease models—where the aircraft, crew, maintenance, and insurance were sourced externally—FlySBS has evolved to manage its operations under a dry lease model. It now owns an Embraer Legacy 600 aircraft with 13 seats, which it operates independently, targeting mid-to-large corporates as well as ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals.
FlySBS’s private charter services leverage its expertise in niche markets, offering convenience for high-priority engagements and flexibility across routes that are not efficiently covered by commercial airlines. With strong market positioning among premium clientele, FlySBS’s operational experience has matured into long-term sustainable models, ensuring efficient service delivery to meet sophisticated travel demands.
To fund expansion and further growth, FlySBS is planning an initial public offering (IPO) of 4,557,000 equity shares valued at Rs. 10 each through a fresh issue. This IPO aims to capitalize on its premium services and position the company for robust performance in the growing private aviation segment.
