Currently, Emerald Leisures operates a Club and Sports Complex in Chembur, Mumbai, offering sports facilities and hospitality services, including exclusively vegetarian dining options. The company has received strong customer endorsements for its service quality. Its strategic shift included selling off the Swastik Textile Mills land, acquired in 1981, for development purposes. Emerald Leisures marked a major milestone with the opening of Phase I of its Sports Complex in February 2015, reflecting its pivot towards leisure and hospitality.
