The company operates as a system integrator for rail engineering solutions, focusing on mainline, urban transit, and private siding segments. It provides end-to-end services including design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning for rail signaling, telecommunication systems, and track electrification. Their clientele includes Zonal Railways, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) of Indian Railways, private manufacturers, and corporate infrastructure developers.
Since its inception, the company has successfully executed numerous projects, such as implementing CBTC signaling systems for Hyderabad and Nagpur Metros, modernizing signaling and telecommunication for industrial sidings like Vizag Steel Plant and NUPPL Power Plant, and upgrading systems for Indian Railways, including electrification and signaling upgrades for the Kadur-Chikmagalur route. Other notable contributions include platform screen door installations for Mumbai Metro Line 3 and Chennai Metro Phase 1, and supporting Dedicated Freight Corridor connectivity.
To enhance its capabilities, the company established a wholly owned subsidiary, Nova Control Tecnologix Private Limited, engaged in designing and manufacturing railway signaling and communication products. Additionally, E2E Rail’s Engineering Design and Research Center (EDRC) was set up to foster innovation and testing in railway engineering.
E to E Transportation Infrastructure Limited is gearing up for growth through an Initial Public Offering (IPO), planning to issue 58,08,000 equity shares, each valued at Rs. 10, as a fresh issuance. This move aims to propel its expansion, leveraging its expertise in rail engineering and infrastructure solutions to seize opportunities in India and select international markets.
