About E-Land Apparel Ltd E-Land Apparel Limited, originally incorporated as Bombay Fine Fabrics Private Limited in 1997, has undergone several transformations, becoming a public company in 2005 and adopting its current name in 2015. Initially part of the Mudra Group, the company consolidated its operations by integrating several partnership firms and private entities. E-Land Apparel specializes in fabric weaving, processing, and garment manufacturing, focusing on designer shirts and women's wear. The company operates 177 automatic looms and 700 sewing machines, producing 10.62 million meters of woven fabric and 3.15 million garments annually across facilities in Thane district, Bangalore, Daman, and Navi Mumbai.
The company went public in 2007, raising Rs. 86.22 Crores through an IPO. E-Land Apparel has continued to expand, implementing a major weaving and yarn dyeing project in 2010. In 2013-14, it sold a segment of its fabric business to E-Land Fashion India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of E-Land Asia Holding Pte Ltd., for Rs. 46.49 Crores.
