About CDG Petchem Ltd CDG Petchem Limited, part of the Chandantara Dugar Group, is a diversified ISO-certified company engaged in manufacturing knitted fabrics, mattresses, and pillows, as well as trading and distributing minerals, plasticizers, construction materials, plastic raw materials, and pharmaceutical chemicals. The company was initially incorporated as Urbaknitt Fabs Limited in 2011 and rebranded as CDG Petchem Limited in 2019.
Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Morbido Merchandise Private Limited, CDG Petchem has expanded its business to import, market, and distribute chemicals for industries such as plastics, polymers, construction, and paint. The company provides a wide array of products from leading global producers to Indian customers. In an effort to address financial challenges and operational inefficiencies, the company decided in August 2022 to close its safety net manufacturing unit and transition to a new PE Wax Processing Unit in Vapi, Gujarat.
