Over the years, it has undergone strategic name changes and structural transformations, transitioning to Advance Agrolife Limited in December 2024. The company caters to the Indian agricultural sector by supplying agrochemical products across major crop varieties, including cereals, vegetables, and horticultural crops, during both Kharif and Rabi seasons. Its offerings safeguard crops from pests, diseases, and weeds, thus enhancing agricultural yield and quality. The company began its journey with small-scale production of micro-nutrient fertilizers and steadily evolved into a diversified agrochemical manufacturer. It established its first manufacturing facility in 2007, followed by the introduction of multiple formulation products, such as granules, wettable powders, emulsifiable concentrates, and water-dispersible granules, between 2012 and 2018. As part of its growth strategy, Advance Agrolife expanded its operations by setting up two additional facilities — one in 2018 specializing in sulfur-based formulations and another in 2023 to increase formulation production capacity. In 2024, the company strengthened its portfolio by adding insecticides and fungicides while implementing a backward integration strategy. This transition restructured Manufacturing Facility I to focus on technical-grade production while consolidating formulation processes in its other facilities. These developments align with the company’s aim to address market demand and improve production efficiency. Advance Agrolife is now preparing to launch an IPO, issuing 19,285,720 equity shares priced at Rs. 10 each, to fund its growth initiatives and expand its business footprint.
